What we collect

This digital menu does not ask for any personal data: there is no sign-up, no form, no online ordering or payment. It uses no cookies and no analytics or profiling tools.

Technical browsing data

To show you the pages, the service hosting the menu (Vercel Inc.) automatically logs some technical data, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. It is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This data is kept only as long as strictly necessary, under the provider's rules, and is not used to identify you. The provider may process it outside the European Union, with the safeguards set out in Arts. 44–49 GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).

Browser storage

The menu stores a single technical value in your browser: whether you have already seen the opening animation. It is deleted when you close the tab, does not identify you and is not sent anywhere.

External links

The “LUMAN” link at the bottom of the menu opens the website of the agency that built it, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to fuwaba25@yahoo.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
